Pear ‘Williams’ bon Chretien’
Fruiting Pear
Also known as the Bartlett Pear. White-fleshed, long necked, firm, juicy fruit with a sweet flavour. Best picked when still slightly green and ripened off the tree to yellow, when it develops a lovely musky flavour. Great for drying, preserving and cooking. Pollinate with Doyenne du Comice. Ripens February.
