Fruiting Olive
The world’s most popular table olive. Good home garden variety for its smaller growth habit. Productive variety bearing large fruit, which can be picked green and is suitable for both pickling and oil. Ripens early April. Self-fertile, but yields are improved when pollinated with O. europaea ‘Frantoio’. Prone to Peacock Spot. Avoid hard frosts.
