American Red / Swamp Maple
A broadly columnar tree noted for its’ fast growth and magnificent bright-red autumn colour. Clusters of small red flowers. Leaves can be toxic to horses. Used for maple syrup and furniture timber production. Prefers moist soils but will tolerate swampy soils. Cold hardy.
