Nectarines

Prunus persica var. nectarina – Tolerant of a range of soils but they must be well-drained. Train to a vase shape. Prune hard to shape in the early years. Fruits on one-year-old wood. Apply double-strength copper once a month in May, June and July for leaf curl. Deciduous. All are self-fertile.
